JINBIRD, a professional manufacturer of industrial metal cutting saw blades, has launched optimized cutting solutions specially tailored for ERW welded pipes and seamless pipe production lines. The new solution combines HSS flying saw blades and TCT cold saw blades, delivering remarkable improvements in production efficiency, cutting quality and operating cost.
This set of solutions is designed for pipes with outer diameters from 20mm to 219mm and wall thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm, covering common materials including Q235, 20# carbon steel as well as 304, 316 stainless steel.
For high speed online continuous cutting, we adopt M42 HSS saw blades with TiN coating. Featuring outstanding high temperature resistance and wear resistance, the blades effectively prevent tooth burning and material sticking during high speed operation, ensuring stable running of automated production lines. For finished pipe fixed length cutting,
our 405–630mm TCT cold saw blades are applied. With optimized tooth profile and rigid body design, the blades achieve burr-free and high precision cutting, and largely reduce pipe deformation.
Field application results show that the overall production capacity increases by 40%, while the service life of saw blades is extended to 3 times longer than conventional products. Meanwhile, the burr rate of finished pipes is controlled below 2%, which saves a lot of labor and time for subsequent polishing procedures.
