1. Before installation, ensure the equipment is in good condition, and the spindle is free from deformation or runout.

2. Before use, check the saw blade for damage, ensure the teeth are intact, and check for any other abnormalities.

3. During assembly, ensure the direction of the arrow on the saw blade matches the rotation direction of the equipment's spindle.

4. When installing the saw blade, keep the shaft, chuck, and flange clean. Ensure the inner diameter of the flange matches the inner diameter of the saw blade, ensuring a tight fit between the flange and the saw blade, and then tighten the nut.

5. Before starting the equipment, ensure safety and perform a brief test run. Check if the equipment's rotation direction is correct and if there is any vibration. After installing the saw blade, let it run idle for a few minutes. Only after confirming there is no slipping, wobbling, or jumping should normal operation begin.
