JINBIRD bi metal band saw blade is one of the most widely used high performance cutting tools in the metalworking industry, renowned for its "hard teeth, tough back" composite structure.
It is manufactured by electron beam welding two different materials: the cutting teeth are made of cobalt containing high speed steel (such as M42, M51), offering a hardness of HRC 67-69 for excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. The blade back is made of high toughness spring steel, which withstands tension and fatigue during high speed cutting without breaking.
Compared with conventional carbon steel blades, bi metal blades last 3 10 times longer. They can efficiently cut carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel, pipes ,profiles and solid tubes making them ideal for applications in machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, hardware processing, and steel structure industries.

Professional bi metal band saw blade with M42 HSS teeth, designed for cutting various metals. Features high hardness, long service life, and stable performance.
Our bi metal band saw blades normal size is in below:
Width (mm) – Determines rigidity and cutting depth
13: Light duty, for small-diameter bars & thin tubes
19: Most popular, general purpose
27 / 34: Medium & heavy duty, for large sections & thick-walled tubes
41 / 54 / 67: Heavy duty, for large steel billets & thick plates
Thickness (mm) – Determines strength and service life
0.65: Standard for 13mm / 19mm width blades
0.90: Standard for 19mm / 27mm width blades
1.10: Standard for 34mm width blades
1.30 / 1.60: For heavy-duty blades of 41 80mm width
TPI (Teeth Per Inch)
Coarse teeth (3–6 TPI): For large solid steel and thick work pieces, excellent chip removal
Medium teeth (7–10 TPI): General purpose for most applications
