JINZHI Steel Upgrades TCT Cold Saw Blade Line
Hangzhou JINZHI Steel Co., Ltd. has officially launched an upgraded carbide grade for its TCT cold circular saw blade series, delivering improved cutting performance and extended tool life across a wider range of metal and PVC applications.
Enhanced Cutting Performance
The new carbide formulation features higher wear resistance and improved thermal stability, reducing tooth chipping and heat buildup during high-speed cutting operations. Field tests show a 20–30% increase in blade service life compared to the previous grade, particularly when cutting stainless steel, alloy steel, and thick-walled PVC profiles.
Smoother Surface Finish

The upgraded carbide grade is available across the full TCT cold saw blade range, including F60 and F75 cutter bodies with standard tooth configurations. Custom specifications can be requested based on material type, wall thickness, and machine parameters.
