Hangzhou Jinzhi Steel Co., Ltd., producer of JINBIRD band saw blades, has launched its upgraded anti vibration variable pitch bi-metal saw blade series for global metal processing factories.
Developed after 8 months of field testing with German, Korean and Southeast Asian clients, the new blades feature optimized alternating tooth gullets and nano anti wear coating on M42 high speed steel tips.
The design effectively suppresses severe vibration during intermittent cutting of steel pipes, channel steel and alloy profiles. It cuts workshop noise by 18%, reduces workpiece burrs by over 40%, and boosts average blade service life by 35% compared with standard fixed pitch products.
All blades go through cryogenic tempering and triple hardness inspection to sustain stable performance under long continuous automatic sawing. Covering widths from 13mm to 54mm, the full size series fits most mainstream band saw machines without equipment replacement.
