Hello, I'm Karen, Foreign Trade Specialist at Hangzhou Jinzhi Steel (JINBIRD). I share industry insights and product expertise on saw blades & steel solutions.

Hangzhou, China - September 2026 - Hangzhou Jinzhi Steel Co., Ltd., manufacturer of the JINBIRD brand saw blades, has completed an expansion of its TCT (tungsten carbide tipped) band saw blade production line, increasing output capacity and adding new size ranges for industrial metal cutting customers.

The expansion includes additional CNC tooth grinding stations and upgraded carbide tip welding equipment, allowing the company to produce TCT band saw blades in wider width ranges and custom tooth configurations. The new capacity targets growing demand from stainless steel processing, tool steel manufacturing, and alloy steel distribution sectors where standard bi-metal blades reach their performance limit.

"More of our customers are cutting harder materials in higher volumes, and they need a blade that can hold up under that workload," said Karen, Foreign Trade Specialist at Jinzhi Steel. "This expansion lets us supply TCT blades in the sizes and tooth patterns those customers actually use, with shorter lead times than before."

The expanded TCT line covers blade widths from 27mm to 80mm, with both standard and custom tooth pitches available. All blades undergo hardness testing, runout inspection, and real cutting simulation before shipment, matching the same quality control process used across the company's bi-metal and HSS product lines.

Jinzhi Steel currently exports bi-metal and TCT band saw blades, HSS circular saw blades, and TCT cold saw blades to industrial customers in over 30 countries, with a focus on metal cutting and wood processing applications.
