Thanks to advantages in quality control, metallurgical forming, and saw blade design during the manufacturing process, MORSE "Metal Devil" saw blades can cut hard metals quickly and stably.
• The saw blades have varying numbers of teeth, and their base is made of hardened steel.
• The saw blade tips are specially made of tungsten carbide and titanium carbide.
• The saw blade tips are scientifically arranged for longer saw blade life and more stable cutting. Saw blades with a 0° tooth angle: specifically designed for cutting steel. Saw blades with a 7° tooth angle: specifically designed for cutting softer materials (such as aluminum). Specially designed hypocycloidal convex teeth: for cutting various steels, stainless steel, and aluminum. (All teeth share the cutting load, maximizing saw blade life and the force of each tooth.) Faster cutting speed with almost no friction resistance when cutting steel, iron, and stainless steel. No heat transfer during the cutting process. During saw blade operation demonstrations, we let some audience members touch the edge of the freshly cut metal, and they were surprised because the metal edge was still at room temperature. This is because the unique metallurgical forming method of the carbide tips minimizes heat transfer to the saw blade base.
• "Metal Devil" saw blades come in different designs for cutting steel, thin sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel, and wood. The differences in design depend on the number of teeth, tooth type, and carbide material.
• The number of teeth is determined by the saw blade diameter, workpiece thickness, and material. Generally, saw blades used for cutting thinner workpieces have more teeth and smaller tooth chambers.
