Quality & Craft Differences of Carbide Band Saw Blades
1. Carbide Tip Material
We adopt ultra fine grain high purity tungsten carbide with stable hardness and excellent red hardness. It is more wear resistant, high temperature resistant, anti impact, not easy to chip or blunt, and achieves much longer cutting life.
2. Saw Blade Backing Material
Most regular brands use ordinary spring steel with low tensile strength. It is easy to stretch, deform, crack and break during long term heavy cutting.
We use high tensile special alloy steel backing. It features strong toughness, great fatigue resistance, not easy to deform or break, and runs stably without deviation.
3. Brazing Welding Technology
We apply high precision vacuum brazing technology with high temperature special welding filler. The weld is full, uniform and firm, effectively preventing tooth shedding and welding crack even in continuous hard material cutting.
4. Tooth Design & Precision Grinding
Our blades adopt professional customized tooth geometry and precise grinding. Smooth chip removal, low vibration, clean cutting surface, less burr, higher cutting efficiency. Optional premium heat-resistant coating greatly reduces friction and avoids material sticking.
